Tour Plan

Day 01 : DELHI – SHIMLA [ 380 KMS | 9 HRS ]:-

Arrival in Delhi airport / Railway station/bus stand meet our representative & proceed to Shimla or Simla, the capital of the state of Hiamchal Pradesh. A very popular holiday-retreat, it is well-known for its Victorian architecture, which is reflected in certain areas of the Mall and The Ridge. It is also a famous honeymoon destination, with plenty of scenic beauty and serene atmosphere to enjoy. Enroute visit Pinjore Gardens, which are beautiful Mughal style gardens, located in the Panchkula district. Upon arrival at Shimla, check-in at the hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel

Day 02 : SHIMLA LOCAL:-

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a half day excursion to Kufri (2500mts). Visit Indira Bungalow and the Himalayan Zoo. You can also take a hike or a take a pony up to Mashu Peak. Enjoy the beautiful views of the valley and the pleasant mountain weather.In the afternoon, guests will be dropped at the Shimla Mall Road to explore the locality by themselves. Attractions of the mall road include Shimla Church, Scandal Point, Gaiety Theatre, Town hall & shopping. The Mall Road is the most well known location in Shimla, and you can easily spend hours walking around the area. In the evening, guests shall be transferred to their respective hotels for overnight stay. Enjoy dinner at the hotel.

Day 03 : SHIMLA – MANALI [ 280 | 9 KMS ]:-

After breakfast & Check out from the hotel & leave for Manali, on the way sight-seeing like Sundernagar lake, Pandoh dam, Vaishno Devi Temple, Kullu and overnight stay at hotel in Manali.

Day 04 : MANALI – SOLANG VALLEY – MANALI :-

Today morning after breakfast have excursion trip to Solang Valley where you can admire the enchanting sights of the surroundings and can enjoy various thrilling adventure activities like Paragliding, Zorbing and Horse Riding etc during summer time. As the winter approaches, the same Solang Valley takes a shape of a Snowy Blanket, thus forming a perfect vista for several snow activities. After enjoying the outing return to hotel for Overnight stay.

Note: Rohtang Pass will be closed on Tuesday. ( Rohtang Pass Sightseeing is not included. It will be chargeable extra payable directly by the guest)

Day 05 : MANALI LOCAL SIGHTSEEING: -

After breakfast early morning, to visit the local sightseeing of manali

1. Hadimba Devi Temple:- It chief central of interest in Manali , dedicated to the goddess Hadimba , the Wife of Bheema of Mahabharata Fame, This is wooden temple, In the dense forest of magnificent deodar, is about 2.5 Kms from the Mall. It is a pleasant stroll to the temple which was built in 1553 A.D.

2. Vashisht(3.5 kms from Mall) :- Hot Sulphur Water springs – which is widely believed as an effective skin diseases healer and posses various medical properties . Nearby it , is the pyramidal stone temple dedicated to vashisht Muni & lord Rama temple.

3. Tibetan-Monastery(0.5 Kms) :- This Gadhan Thekchoking Gompa dominates the Tibetan area builtin 1969. The main attraction of the monastery is the handicrafts of Tibetan artistry and the carpets that are woven and sold in the monastery.

4. Club House (2 Kms from Mall) :- Club house is famous for a amusement activities like skating, Disco Theque, auditorium etc.

Later in the evening free to explore the Shopping Malls (Mall Road & IBEX Market) of Manali. Dinner & Overnight.

Day 06 : MANALI – DHARAMSHALA [240 KMS | 9 HRS]:-

After having breakfast checkout from the hotel and then depart for Dharmshala (240 k.m. 9 hr. Journey) enroute visit Palampur tea garden Check in to Hotel and overnight stay.

Dharmshala this is a hill station lying on the spur of the Dhauladhar range about 17 kms north- east of Kangra town. This hill station is wooded with oak and conifer trees and snow-capped mountains enfold three sides of the town while the valley stretches in front. The snowline is perhaps more easily accessible at Dharmshala than at any other hill resort and it is possible to make a day's trek to a snow-point after an early morning's start. Dharmshala is also the headquarter of the Kangra district.

Day 07 : DHARMSHALA – LOCAL SIGHT SEEING -DALHOUSIE (125 Kms /3-4HRS):-

Today after breakfast & checkout from hotel and drive to visit Dharmshala sightseeing such as:- Bhagsunag Temple, Mcleodganj, Tibetan Monastery (Dalai Lama's Palace, Buddhist Monasteries). After complete sightseeing drive to Dalhousie. In evening reach at Dalhousie, check into the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Dalhousie.

Day 08 : DALHOUSIE – KHAJJIAR(23 km) – DALHOUSIE:-

Today morning breakfast Full day excursion to Kalatope and Khajjiar, India's Mini Switzerland, a beautiful glad with the forest at its finger. Khajjiar 23 kms from Dalhousie by road and 13 kms from Kalatop is the mini Switzerland of India i.e. Khajjiar, at a height of 6400 ft. Hutchison writes, "Khajjiar is a forest glade of great beauty, 6400 feet above sea level". Overnight stay at hotel at Dalhousie.

Day 09 : DALHOSUIE – CHANDIGARG / DELHI:-

After breakfast, check out from the hotel & proceed to Chandigarh / delhi Airport

Kindly note that names of hotels / Camps mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. In the event of accommodation not becoming available at any of the above-mentioned hotels we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.
Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
During the month of October to April, most of the camps | guest houses | hotels won’t be operational due to off-season in various locations of Ladakh like Nubra Valley | Pangong Lake | Tsomoriri | Tsokar | Sham Valley | Kargil | Zanskar region etc. (So in that scenario best alternate accommodation will be provided with prior information to the guests at the time of booking)
There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out (In case of Medical condition it completely depends on hotel policy).
Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
Room allotment will be as per the availability at the time of check-in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
Food menu as per availability of vegetables based on Buffet | Fixed menus
Gold Travels will not bear any cost in case a flight gets cancelled, we will not be liable to provide any alternate flights within the same cost, any additional cost incurred for the same shall be borne by the traveller.
The price does not include expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
There would be no refund for the roadblocks at Nubra & Pangong due to natural calamity. The alternate accommodation Cost at Leh due to the same should be bear by the passenger directly
No Refund or Compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of circumstance.
No changes in the date of travel once booked.
Maximum 06 Pax can be accommodated in one vehicle including children’s (Scorpio or Similar)
Any addition in Tax or Fuel charge done by Airlines / Transport Company etc will be chargeable to group members.

PAYMENT POLICY

Reservation amount has to be paid upfront for us to start confirming your package (50% of total Billing amount)
Remaining 50 % Payment one month prior to departure date
Full flight amount (if flights included) and any non-refundable hotel amount has to be paid within 3 days of booking.
Balance payment (if any) needs to be completed one month 21 days prior to travel.
For travel in less than 21 days from booking, complete payment must be received within 24 hours of booking.
You can pay using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, SWIFT or deposit cash
If the above-mentioned payment terms are not followed, we will not be held responsible for any change made in the package itinerary due to non-availability of flights, Hotels, Camps etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY (ONLY LAND PART)

Date of booking to 31 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
30 to 16 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
15 to 8 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
0 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
Please Note: Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation.
