Day 01 : Arrival in Delhi

Arrive at the capital of India, Delhi, where you will be received by our company representative. He will drop you to the hotel and assist in hotel check-in process; you can relax for the rest of the morning. In the afternoon, we will visit the sights of Old and New Delhi.

The major sights of Delhi include Qutub Minar, India Gate (war memorial, designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens), a drive through the VIP lanes of Rashtrapathi Bhavan and the Parliament House. A visit to the Raj Ghat and Shanthi Vana, Jama Masjid, Red Fort and Chandni Chowk, will show you the fusion of Indian, European and Islamic influences that is Delhi. After dinner, come back to your hotel for the night stay.

Day 02 : Delhi – Cochin

After an early breakfast, our representative will take you to the Delhi airport to catch the flight to Cochin, which is in the state of Kerala. South India is famous for its rejuvenating holistic healing practice of Ayurveda and Yoga, which begins as soon as you land in Cochin, nestled among green hills and tea estates. After checking in to the hotel, you have the option of consulting the resident Ayurvedic Vaidya for your individual Ayurveda program.

Day 03 : 03 – 09 – Ayurveda Therapy at the Spice Village Coconut Lagoon Marari Beach

You will spend these seven days at the Ayurveda resort, which is maintained by well trained staff, Ayurveda experts and a resident doctor or Vaidya. After a full consultation with the Vaidya, wherein he will analyze your body type and needs, your holistic healing program, including your diet, therapy, massages and meditation and then Yoga sessions will be decided. At the resort we use the influence of herbal care, organic fruits and fresh vegetables, steam baths and the art of living. When followed accurately, it will yield notable results, relieving you from stress.

Please note that during the therapy session, you are banned from taking alcohol or tobacco and will be put on a strict vegetarian diet to obtain the best results.

Day 10 : Marari – Kumarakom – Marari Beach – Cochin

After the completion of the session, your holistic healing is almost complete, but we advise that you relax for the next day for your body to adjust to all the therapies. This day, we take you to the picturesque and serene backwater of Kumarakom. You can then enjoy a houseboat ride, relax on the Marari beach. Afterwards, we return to Cochin where our representative will take you to your hotel.

Day 11 : Departure from Cochin

You will be taken to airport for your return journey.
