1) Batubulan Temple
This artistic village located northeast of Denpasar in Bali derives its name from two separate words – Batu (moon) and Bulan (stone). The village streets are lined with galleries and craft studios, where you will find artworks on stone depicting Ganesha, Buddha and many mythical creatures – all for sale, in case you are interested in a souvenir.
2) Bali Zoo
Lush tropical gardens and an exceptional collection of birds, reptiles & mammals make up the Bali Zoo, known locally as ‘Kebun Binatang Bali.’ There are many parts of the zoo with enough shade, making walkthroughs a pleasant experience, especially if you have kids along.
